After we receive your order, your goods will be either promptly mailed directly to your door or if applicable you can elect to pick up. We endeavour to execute a prompt service, and depending on your location, you will receive your goods between 7-21 days.

Our normal return period is 7 days form date of purchase.
Full Terms and Conditions
items must be returned in brand new condition
proof of purchase is required
refunds need to be applied to the same payment method used for the original purchase of the item(s) being returned
Orders can be exchanged via the reply paid address
eGift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Please also note, We will require photos of any item(s) that arrive to you in a damaged condition on the day of arrival.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In terms of the expense of making a claim under either the Special Warranties or the Australian Consumer Law:
If you are making a claim under the Special warranty, you will be required to pay the cost of making a claim.
If you are making a claim under the Australian Consumer Law, you will not be required to pay the cost of making a claim.
